HFS2R Fire-Screen II® Hybrid® Hydraulic Hose
HFS2R Fire-Screen® Hybrid® Hose resists core washout and erosion, has excellent kink resistance, and meets SAE J517-100R1 and ISO Pressure standards. The thermoplastic core provides the cleanest fluid conveyance in the market and it is available in continuous long lengths (up to 500 feet).
Parker HFS2R hydrauic hose is lightweight (up to 40% lighter than comparable rubber hoses) and durable, making it a prime solution for paving and road maintenance, utility equipment, material handling, and other industrial applications.
Markets:
• Construction
• Industrial
• Material Handling
• Mobile Equipment
Features/Benefits:
• Long package lengths typical, up to 500 feet, to minimize scrap and unused material
• Increased oil, ozone and impulse resistance for long hose life
• Up to 40% lighter than comparable rubber hoses for ease of installation and reduces system weight
• UV resistant cover to withstand outdoor applications
• Low force to flex for easier routing and increased flexibility
• Low length change under pressure for ease of installation
• Patented process that bonds the core to the reinforcement for a stronger construction that resists kinking and core tube wash out
Applications:
• Utility equipment
• Mobile equipment
• Material handling
• Agricultural equipment
• Paving and road maintenance
• Waste and Refuse Trucks
Technical Specifications:
• Tube: Copolyester
• Reinforcement: Steel wire
• Cover: Black, Smooth synthetic rubber
• Temperature ranges:
-Petroleum base hydraulic fluids and lubricating
oils within a temperature range of -40°F to +250°F (-40°C to +121°C)
-Synthetic, synthetic blend, water, and water/oil emulsion hydraulic fluids
up to +185°F (+85°C)
-Water/glycol hydraulic fluids up to +135°F (+57°C)
• Hose I.D. is nominal
