Hose Sleeve - Partek Wrap
"Parker's Partek Wrap is a lightweight, highly flexible nylon sleeve designed for added abrasion resistance and bundling multiple hoses or cables after assembly. Partek Wrap can also be used to protect cylinder rods from damage or contamination. It comes on a 50 foot roll and can be cut to size with household scissors. Partek Wrap is available in circumference sizes 9.40” to 22” but other sizes may be available upon request with a minimum order.

Parker's Hose Protection Shields extend the life of a hose by protecting the hose from abrasion that occurs when a hose rubs against other hose, metal, or concrete. Parker's Hose Protection Shields are resistant to oil, lubricants, gasoline, and most solvents. The advantage of Parker's Hose Protection Shields over continuous tubular sleeving, is that they can be easily installed and secured by cable ties without disconnecting any hose lines. You can wait until the installation is up and running to see exactly where contact needs to be prevented. These flexible protectors simply clamp around the hose and are secured in place by nylon cable ties, which are included. Parker's Hose Protection Shields are a fast and extremely cost effective way to isolate fluid lines from direct contact with other lines, components or structural members.

Hose Guards for Parflex® Hoses
Hose Guards prolong the service life of hoses that are exposed to rugged, hard-wearing and harsh applications. They are available in several styles for protection against abrasion, wear and cutting on Parflex® Hoses and can also be used to assist with preventing kinking of hose.
Parker Spiral Guard (PSG) delivers anti-crush performance, exceptionally smooth facing and rounded edges to prevent the spiral guard from getting caught on rough surfaces. It also features a low friction interior to minimize wear on the hose for superior performance in mining, automotive and mobile equipment applications.

Parker's Series 475 Nexwrap Polyethylene Spiral Chafe Guard bundles cable, hose, tubing and wiring and protects those lines from abrasion and damage in multiple applications. The flexible, lightweight guard installs easily and enables routing of multiple lines without removing end terminals or couplings. Individual lines can be removed or replaced easily and the open spirals permit individual items to exit the bundle at any point in the harness, reducing downtime/maintenance time.

Hose Whip Restraint
Parkers Hose Whip Restraint system is designed to prevent whipping of a pressurized hose in the event of a hose separating from its fitting. The Hose Whip Restraint provides an additional level of safety and helps prevent damage to nearby equipment or injury to operators near the failed hose by limiting the whip or travel of the pressurized hose after it breaks free from its fitting. The system is comprised of two parts – a hose collar and a cable assembly. The hose collar is selected based on the outside diameter of the hose, and the cable assembly is selected based on the type of hose connection. Two types of cable assemblies are available- one for flange-type connections, and the other for port adapters.

Firesleeve Tape
Firesleeve Tape is a high-temperature, silicone rubber tape which is used to seal the ends of Firesleeve and prevent the wicking of fluid into the Firesleeve. The Firesleeve Tape is used as an alternative to sealant, which can be messy and take time to cure. FSC Clamps are still recommended to prevent movement of the Firesleeve. Firesleeve Tape is 1” in width and can withstand temperatures up to 475°F (246°C).

Twinhammer™ Jackhammer Retrofit Kit, Series 7084
The Parker jackhammer retrofit kit can be used as part of an OSHA-compliant wet method hose system for silica dust suppression. The U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) has created a new standard to address the problem of silica dust control associated with pneumatic jackhammer and breaker operation. The mandated compliance date of the new silica rule for the construction industry is September 23, 2017.
