  • Ground Plug Shutoff Cocks
    Parker's ground plug shutoffs are manufactured from castings or forged bodies for extra strength. Ground plug shutoffs are for low pressure applications and have either external or internal seats. Hand tightening provides a metal-to-metal seal. A lubricant satisfactory with most common fluids is used with ground plug shutoffs but may wash out at higher pressures.

  • Plug Valves
    Parker's Plug Valves have an extruded brass body and a one piece Acetal copolymer handle and stem. To assure sealability and reliable performance, the valve must be installed so that the flow media travels in the direction of the arrow on the valve handle. Plug valves are a quarter turn, on or off. A stainless steel stopping pin in the body provides a positive stop action for full shutoff. Quadruple Nitrile o-rings on the stem provides positive sealing.
    All plug valves are 100% leak tested and are certified to be leak free to one SCCM.
