Corrugated Tubing -Tex-Flex® Series
Parker's Corrugated Tubing is manufactured from FEP resin and is light weight, seamless and extremely clear, allowing operators to monitor any material passing through the tube. The non-stick surface allows for easy cleaning and bacteria free transport of media. Corrugated tubing differs from convoluted tubing because the corrugations can be extended or compressed without reducing flow, allowing you to shorten or lengthen the tube as you move through confined spaces.
FEP Corrugated tubing, referred to as Tex-Flex®, is often used as an electrical insulator or fluid conduit with robots that have flexible arms to deliver electrical wiring, air, or corrosive liquids. In semiconductor applications, such as wafer machines, corrugated tubing is offered in a high purity PFA.

PTFE tubing in Fractional SW (Standard Wall), TW (Thin Wall) and LW (Light Wall) designs. PTFE tubing is the best in temperature and chemical resistance Parker offers and is used in extreme environments
A PTFE tube has a non-stick surface that facilitates flow and eliminates media buildup. In many cases, it is used to replace glass, rubber and stainless steel because of its chemical and corrosion resistance. In equipment applications, the vibration damping properties of PTFE are excellent at both sonic and ultrasonic frequencies.
PTFE AWG Tubing is sometimes referred to as Spaghetti Tubing. It is supplied in natural and available as a custom run in ten different colors. Customer service can help you with selection for custom sizes or striped tubing called Colortrax™, used for positive identification of media lines.

PFA High Purity Tubing – Industrial and Heavy Wall – Series...
It only takes one compromise to taint the purity of your operation. Parker High Purity PFA tubing is designed to withstand semi-conductor high purity applications where high temperatures, harsh chemicals, and/or corrosive fluid media can cause rubber or plastic tubing to extract compounds into the fluid media or cause out gassing into the surrounding environment. It is odorless, tasteless, non-leaching and absorptive. In addition, with absorption of water less than 0.03%. High Purity PFA tubing ensures that the media passing through the tube does not leach into the fluid media nor into the tubing wall. It is often used as a clean, flexible alternative to steel metallic tubing.
Parker only extrudes from high purity resins that ensure the PFA tubing will not crack, degrade or discolor. By selecting Parker’s High Purity PFA tubing, rather than a standard grade, the impurities in the tube are kept to the lowest possible level. H.P. PFA is chemically inert, odorless, non-wetting and non-leaching and is often used in fluid and material handling applications, such as harsh and corrosive chemical transfer. Using bulk reels up to 1000 feet aid customers in providing installations with continuous length assemblies, free of connectors, and also reducing scrap when producing shorter length assemblies. Like FEP, the low refractive index allows operators to visually inspect for contaminants, flow interruptions and leak detection. In addition, tubing can be reinforced with high performance braiding to handle higher pressures. Braiding facilities are located on the premises.

FEP Industrial, Heavy Wall & Metric Tubing - Series 103/203
Parker’s FEP tubing features a low refractive index, making it ideal for applications where operators must visually monitor materials passing through the tube. It is the clearest fluoropolymer tubing available and Parker uses a high molecular weight FEP resin that offers the best stress crack resistance. FEP tubing is used in paint spray applications making for easy color coding of the paint being delivered to the spray units as the color of the paint shows through. It is widely used in water purification systems due to its excellent transmission of UV light. Using bulk reels up to 1000 feet aid customers in providing installations with continuous length assemblies, free of connectors, and also reducing scrap when producing shorter length assemblies.
Series 103 smoothbore and Series 203 metric tubing is similar to Series 101/201 PTFE respectively, but operates at the lower maximum temperature of 400°F (204°C). FEP tube is chemically inert, odorless, taste-less, non-wetting and non-leaching and is often used in fluid and material handling applications, such as chemical transfer. However, it also performs well in food & beverage or medical applications. Parker’s FEP resin meets the FDA requirements for repeated food contact and it is also USP Class VI compliant.

Convoluted Tubing – Extra Flexible Tubing
Parker manufactures one of the largest selections of convoluted tubing. Product offerings include MIL Spec Convoluted Tubing for electrical conduit (SAE AS81914), Convo-Tex® Wire Wrapped Convoluted Tubing to achieve a tighter bend radius, Low Profile Convoluted with a larger inside diameter for increased flow and a Heavy Wall Convoluted that is produced with a thicker wall to reinforce the strength of the tube. The added material in heavy wall convoluted withstands flanging and flaring, allowing the tubing to actually passes through the inside of the fitting so it can be flared over the face of the fitting. This eliminates the problem of bacterial entrapment and adds the benefit of unrestricted flow by providing 100% PTFE coverage on all wetted surfaces.
Convoluted tubing's helical constructions are molded into the tubing and will not pull out as the tube is extended. Like other fluoropolymers, Parker convoluted tubing resist corrosive liquids and gases, and has a non-stick surface with low permeability. All of these products can be manufactured with a conductive I.D. or as a fully conductive tube to dissipate static build-up and they are available as bulk tubing or as a cut tube with added cuffs to create an attachable end for adding fittings or flanges.
