Global Inch and Metric Fittings - 56 Series
Parflex® has expanded the Fitting Section to include the new and improved Global 56 Series, which consolidates the 55 Series and the 58 Series into one, reducing customer inventory and creating an easy to choose product range. The 56 Series is shorter and more compact than the 55/58 Series Fittings, allowing for a system weight reduction of up to 20% and easier routing of assemblies during installation in tight, condensed spaces. In addition, the crimping process for the 56 Series is simpler, faster and safer since the sleeve is crimped at full length; therefore, no marking is necessary. Current 55 Series dies are qualified for use with the 56 Series. Review the Product Support tab for a list of hoses that accept 56 Series fittings.
Markets:
• Industrial
• Mobile Equipment
• Transportation
Features/Benefits:
• Consolidation of two series into one (55 and 58 = 56), thus reducing the customer inventory
• Shorter and more compact than 55/58 Series for easier routing of assemblies in tight installation areas; short length may allow use of hose routing to replace current elbow fittings
• Full length crimp of the sleeve (no marking of crimp length needed); therefore easier, safer and faster crimping in comparison to 55 Series
• Weight reduction up to 20%
• Global part numbering with metric & inch hex and end connections to allow for global availability
• Current 55 Series dies are qualified and can be used with the 56

• Some styles are available with metric hex; contact Parflex Customer Service for assistance -
PTFE Hose “True-Bore” Fittings - PAGE Series
PAGE Series Fittings are “True-Bore” crimp fittings that are used only with “True-Bore” hoses from the Parflex® PAGE product line. They are unique because they are two piece fittings with the barbed inserts used on all hoses and collars are sold separately unique to the hose type and are designed to keep total fitting inventory costs at a minimum. Where possible, collars are designed to fit hoses by size rather than by hose series.
“True-Bore” Fittings are manufactured in Stainless Steel and offered in a Cam & Groove, Sanitary, Pipe, JIC, Seal-Lok®, A-Lok® or Flange constructions. PAGE also offers flare through fittings for heavy wall convoluted hoses in sanitary and flanged style fittings. This feature allows for the media to see all fluoropolymer hose material from end to end thus ending the need to replace assemblies that have had chemical attack of the end fittings. Fluoropolymer encapsulated fittings are also available in several styles of end fittings and limited sizes. It is important to note that the PAGE fitting call-out does not follow traditional Parker fitting nomenclature; the end size and hose size are reversed. For a list of compatible hoses and detailed technical specifications, refer to the literature on the Product Support tab.
Markets:
• Fluid Handling
• Industrial
• Paint
• Chemical

Narzędzia do urządzeń WorkCenter F3 oraz PRO22
EO2-FORM-F3 i PRO22 WorkCenter to szeroka oferta solidnych narzędzi formujących, służących do precyzyjnej i wydajnej produkcji rozmaitych rur.
Rozwiązanie F3 WorkCenter działa w pełni automatycznie i zostało zaprojektowane do praktycznego zastosowania w warsztacie. Otwarcie drzwi zmienia maszynę we w pełni wyposażone WorkCenter.
