E3 Series Subsea Hose Fittings
Parker’s E3 Series offer improved system performance, simplified hose routing and eliminates the need for adaptors. These fittings are specifically designed for the rigors of subsea use and exceed the performance requirements of API-17E and ISO 13628-5. They are hermetically sealed with an industry exclusive, patent-pending O-ring boss design for unmatched protection against moisture ingression.
Markets:
• Oil & Gas
Features/Benefits:
• Available for 1/4”, 1/2” and 1” hose sizes and in straight, 45° and 90° configurations
• JIC and Dual Seal Flange (Sub Seal) connections available
• Parker’s Dual Seal Flange Fittings use both a radial seal and face seal to achieve superior leak-free port connections and utilize SAE Code 62 flange dimensions so standard SAE mounting clamps and hardware can be used
• 5,000 psi (34 MPa) with 4:1 design factor
• 316/316L stainless steel construction for superior corrosion resistance
• Heat Lot Code traceable
Applications:
• BOP stack hydraulic lines
Note:
• Assembly working pressure is dependent on the lowest rated component. Therefore, if the hose has a lower pressure rating
than the fitting, the working pressure of the fitting is the working pressure of the assembly.
