  • Chrome plated brass couplers for thermoplastic and soft metal...
Parker's Poly-Tite couplers are designed to speed any installation. Simply push the insert into the body to complete the connection. To disassemble push down on the latch and pull insert from body.  The body, nut and sleeve are furnished pre-assembled, ready for installation.  The acetal copolymer sleeve resists creeping and stress caused from compression.  The black acetal copolymer also resists ultra-violet ray attack and has excellent dimensional stability. Poly-Tite nuts will rotate around the sleeve as it tightens to prevent twisting and weakening of the plastic tubing. Couplers are available in either chrome plated brass or stainless steel.

  • Brass Compression Fittings, Compress-Align
Parker's economical Compress-Align fittings are pre-assembled with a captive sleeve which is always oriented correctly for faster assembly.  The captive sleeve gives a visible inspection before and after installation and the design of the sleeve aligns to seal even out-of-round tubing. Compress-Align can be used in many areas where flare fittings are used due to the higher pressure rating, meaning no flaring, soldering or tube preparation resulting in faster installation. Compress-Align bodies are interchangeable with standard compression bodies so inventory is decreased.

  • Compression Style Fittings - Vibra-Lok
The leader in motion and control Parker's Vibra-Lok fittings are engineered to provide a reliable seal in applications involving vibration, high heat, mechanical shock and tube movement. The sleeve cushions the tubing, permitting the tubing to flex back and forth in the fitting. The seal compensates for tube misalignment and tube surface defects. Flaring or belling the tubing before assembly doubles the working pressure of the Vibra-Lok fitting. Vibra-Lok fittings can be used in applications involving static pressure, minor surges or shock and severe vibrations or shock. Standard threads for Vibra-Lok include NPTF and SAE J1926 straight threads.
