Push-to-Connect Cartridges, Transportation
Parker has developed an SAE encapsulated cartridge guaranteeing the integrity of the sealing system before and after assembly in non-threaded cavities. The compact design of the one –piece cartridge enables automation of your manufacturing process and improves the reliability of your system. The cartridge becomes an integral of the component, eliminating threaded connections and the possibility of spiral leakage along the mating threads. Cartridges eliminate the tightening of compression nuts allowing for more compact assemblies and reduced assembly times. Cartridges reduce costly rework due to cross threading and over/under torqueing of the fitting. The SAE encapsulated cartridge meets performance requirements of D.O.T. FMVSS571.106 and SAE J2231 and the proposed dimensional standards of SAE J2494-4 in 6061-T6 aluminum. Cavity dimensions specified by SAE J2494-4 need to be adjusted slightly for optimum performance in material other than 6061-T.

Industrial Push-to-Connect Cartridges
Parker has developed a range of industrial cartridges guaranteeing the integrity of the sealing system before and after assembly in non-threaded cavities. Cartridges can be used in both plastic and metal cavities reducing inventory requirements. Cartridges reduce costly rework due to cross threading and over/under torqueing of the fitting. Carstick and LIQUIfit cartridge packaging is designed for an automatic assembly process. LIQUIfit and TrueSeal cartridges meet FDA requirements.
