These push to connect quick couplings provide easy connection for mechanical gauges or specialized diagnostic equipment including SensoControl meters and accessories. PD Couplers allow test instruments, gauges, transducers, and flow sensors to be quickly and easily connected to system test points.

Test port Nipples can be permanently mounted on equipment at critical test point locations. Couplers and nipples are available in 1/8"" size with a rated pressure of 6,000 psi when connected. PD Nipples meet or exceed SAE J1502 / ISO 15171-1 design and performance specifications.

PDP Couplers allow test instruments, gauges, transducers, and flow sensors to be quickly and easily connected to system test points under full operating pressures up to 6000 psi.

PDP couplers and nipples push to connect, and then the coupler base is manually turned to open the nipple valve and complete the connection. When fully connected, the coupler base blocks the retracted sleeve to prevent accidental disconnects. These diagnostic fluid sampling products are designed to provide an easy access point for obtaining fluid samples. A permanently mounted test point eliminates the need to shut down or break lines when taking samples and reduces the chances of contamination.

Fluid analysis is crucial in both engines and hydraulic systems as it can reveal problems with filtration and other internal components. Early detection can prevent costly repairs, unscheduled maintenance and production downtime. Fluid sampling nipples should be installed in either low pressure or return lines. For the most accurate monitoring, fluid samples should be consistantly taken from the same location.
