Compact Hydraulic Cylinders Series CHE
Parker Series CHE aluminum body cylinders are your best choice for high force requirements with operating pressures up to 140 bar, and are available in 1mm stroke length increments, with four standard piston rod end styles to choose from, plus configurable special rod ends.
In addition to 1mm stroke length increments, flexible piston rod end machining and optional end-of-stroke, mid-stroke and continuous stroke position sensing availability, Series CHE incorporates a multitude of innovative design features that increase machine productivity through reduced downtime, faster cycle times, and improved system efficiency.
• Primary Seal – The standard polyurethane rod seal with multiple sealing edges is self-compensating and self-relieving to withstand pressure variations and conform to mechanical deflection that may occur.
• Secondary Rod Seal – The standard polyurethane Wiperseal™ wipes clean any oil film adhering to the rod on the extend stroke and cleans the rod on the return stroke.
• Non-Metallic Wear Band – Metal-to-metal contact in the cylinder bore is eliminated, which improves resistance to bearing loads.
• Bi-directional Piston Seal – A single energized polyurethane seal ring with energizer provides leak-free performance.
• Optional Pilot Gland – Longer pilot gland offers added bearing area to increase service life and also improves alignment of cylinder and load.
• Magnetic Piston – Optional magnetic piston can be selected for actuating solid state or reed switches plus a unique t-slot mounted continuous stroke position sensor.
• CPS Sensor – Teachable t-slot mounted sensor with voltage or current output give continuous stroke position feedback.
Every Series CHE cylinder is individually tested before leaving our plant to assure proper performance and leak free operation and comes with an eighteen month warranty.
