WorkCenter F3 and PRO22

The F3 WorkCenter is completely automatic in operation and has been designed for practical workshop application. Opening the doors turns the machine into a fully
equipped WorkCenter. The tool storage area is located in the front – the tools are neatly laid out and easily viewed. No other workbenches or tool racks are required. Special convenient-to-handle tools make machine set-ups and tool changes easier. Thanks to automatic tool recognition, the operator has only to press the start button, whereupon the tube is formed into the correct shape in one pass. This means that EO2-FORM and EO-3 connections are very simple to manufacture.
The F3 WorkCenter is so reliable because of its powerful hydraulic drive and robust forming tools.

Compared with the F3 WorkCenter, the PRO22 production machine works considerably more efficiently and can machine tighter tube bends. Because of its powerful drive and efficient cooling, continuous mass production on a shift basis is provided for. In addition, the machine is especially quiet and vibration-free in operation. Small to medium tubes from 6 to 22 mm can be accommodated on the new machine. The compact assembly head enables even tight tube bends to be machined.

Features/ Benefits of the EO2-FORM F3 WorkCenter:
• All the tools, handling aids and operator's handbook are clearly visible in the front of the machine. This means that working with this machine is considerably simpler, faster and safer than with conventional machines.
• A single START button is sufficient for the ongoing forming of tube ends. No "zero settings“ or "reset“ functions are needed between each tube forming operation
• A foot-switch can be used for series production. This makes the assembly process consideraly simpler and significantly faster.  
• A special handling tool is available for tool changing, enabling clamping jaw sets to be changed quickly and safely.
• The clamping jaw sets are suitable for steel and stainless steel tubing. This broadens the range of potential applications.
• In comparison with welding and brazing, EO2-FORM technology saves a significant amount of time and no tube preparation is required. There is much less energy consumption compared with conventionl welding.  
• The compact clamping tool also allows the forming of tubes with tight bend radii. This again broadens the field of potential applications.
• Galvanised tubes can be machined without difficulty. This allows the user to save both the cost and time of needing subsequent surface protection.
